FAQs

• All funds raised from the Chili Fest will benefit the Houston Apartment Foundation and will help support your association’s education programs.
• Wristbands may be purchased online and must be picked up from the HAA Office prior to the event.?There is NO will-call for wristbands.
• All payments must be made before the event in order to hold your reservation.
• Cancellation policy:?Cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the event day in order to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be issued on cancellations received less than 48 hours prior. All no-shows will be responsible for the entire payment.
