Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. Marcy was born artistically gifted, with an eye for detail and a true entrepreneurial spirit. The last 20 years Marcy has been very successful in the multi-family industry where she has supervised over 50 communities.

Matt Levins
Director of Operations
Matt was born and in raised in Houston. Matt comes to Designs by Holmes with a diverse background in IT as well as experience in warehouse management. Matt is certified in many programs such as Comp TIA, A+, 220-901, 220-902 & CAD. Matt is married with two small children. He?s no stranger to the multifamily industry, he married into it with his lovely wife.

Deborah DeRouen
Director of Business Development
Deborah has been in the multifamily industry since 1999. The beginning of her career started as a leasing agent in Little Rock, AR. After 10 years of working through multiple roles on the management side, she transitioned to the supplier side of the business when she moved to Houston, TX in 2010. Deborah is very involved with the Houston Apartment Association. She has her designation as a Certified Apartment Supplier, serves on the product service council as well as various other committees. Aside from her professional experiences, Deborah is married with two 2 boys and way too many pets.
