Marcy Holmes Lead Designer and Owner, originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. Marcy was born artistically gifted, with an eye for detail and a true entrepreneurial spirit. The last 20 years Marcy has been very successful in the multi-family industry where she has supervised over 50 communities. During this time, Marcy acquired her knowledge of business and asset management, interior and exterior renovations, market analysis, budgeting, team building, increasing Revenue, and what it takes to be a market leader.
Her business model is simple, taking her Multi-Family experience and talent for design to improve assets by helping increase Return on Investment and out preform the competitive set. Marcy takes a comprehensive approach to each design project, involving clients every step along the way.
